  1. What is Bahana DXtrade?

    Multi-platform (Mobile & Web) application for stock transactions, mutual funds, and secondary bonds, complete with market data, order management, auto invest, and real-time notifications.

  2. How to open an account at Bahana DXTrade?

    Prepare documents in the form of original e-KTP, paper, and pens for signatures and NPWP, then download the Bahana DXTrade application on the Google Play Store or App Store on iOS. For the full details, you can check through the following reels!

  3. What to do if the application is interrupted when registering?

  4. What is the minimum cost of opening an account?

    There is no fee to open an account, TemanDX!

  5. What is needed to open an account?

    e -KTP, NPWP (if any), job data & income, and personal bank account number. The KYC process is carried out online.

  6. What Banks (RDN) Fund Accounts from Banks are now available at Bahana DXTrade?

    For the available bank accounts, there are Bank CIMB Niaga, Permata Bank, Bank BCA and Bank Mandiri for online openings. If TemanDX does not use the two banks, you can directly contact our customer service, because for offline opening, we also have BRI and BNI TemanDX!

  7. What if I want to see the RDN balance?

    To check the RDN balance, you can click on the Account Information menu, TemanDX!

  8. What if I want to make a transaction?
    • It's so easy! First, make sure your RDN balance is sufficient for stock transactions, TemanDX!
    • Go to the Bahana DXTrade application and fill in your username and password
    • After logging in, you can click the “Search Stock” menu
    • After clicking, there will be a display like this (Share Display), then you click the searching symbol and write the name of the issuer you want to buy
    • If you have, you specify the volume of the lot you want to buy, then click Buy on the red basket box
    • Click OK
    • Enter your PIN
    • And done ~ you have successfully transacted stocks!
  9. What if I want to withdraw money or withdraw from RDN?
    • Open the application or website Bahana DXTrade
    • Click “My Account” on the main menu
    • Enter the DXTrade TemanDX account PIN
    • When you see the “Investment Board” sub-menu, TemanDX can swipe until you see the “Fund Transfer” sub-menu
    • Click “Fund Transfer”
    • Later, information and Available Cash will appear that TemanDX can withdraw
    • TemanDX can directly write the nominal you want to withdraw, then click “Send”
  10. How much is the fee for selling and buying shares in Bahana DXTrade?

    Our selling fee is 0.29% and the purchase fee is at 0.19%, TemanDX!

  13. When are the current trading hours?

    Currently, the trading time on the stock exchange is from Monday to Friday from 09.00 WIB to 12.00 WIB. Continued in session II at 13.00 WIB to 15.00 WIB, TemanDX!

  15. How to buy mutual funds at Bahana DXTrade?

    You must have a Bahana DXtrade account! Then, you can open the mutual fund menu in your Bahana DXtrade account and complete the risk profile assessment there. Voila! Once you've completed your risk profile, wait 24 hours for the results, and then you can use your Bahana DXtrade account to trade mutual funds.

  16. Where are the DXTrade Bahana available?

    You can download Bahana DXtrade from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. For those of you using a laptop or PC, Bahana DXtrade is also available via the website at https://dxtrade.bahana.co.id/

  17. How does Bahana Sekuritas protect my account?

    2FA/OTP, end-to-end encryption, Session Control Device, and monitoring of anomalies. Do not share OTP/password with anyone.

    Immediately change the password, log out of all devices, and contact our customer service.

  1. What is a Customer Fund Account (RDN)?

    Customer Fund Account (RDN) is an account created in the name of the customer for transactions in the capital market, one of which is a stock sale and purchase transaction. RDN also has no monthly administration fees and is not in the form of a physical card, TemanDX!

  2. What is the difference between stocks and mutual funds?

    If it is a stock, you can buy an investment product that is owned by a company. Like when you buy shares from a BCA bank company (BBCA), you will get dividend profit ownership rights. Meanwhile, mutual funds are investment products that are managed directly by the investment manager.

  3. What is a dividend?

    The dividend is the distribution of the profits given by the company and comes from the profits generated by the company. So, when the shares in the company are uptrend, then you also get the profit, TemanDX!

  4. What is Capital Loss?

    The time condition of the investor selling the stock is lower than the purchase price. For example, you buy shares in company A at a price of Rp. 2000,- per share, but the shares continue to fall. Because you see the stock again bearish, you finally sell the stock at a sadistic price and suffer a loss

  5. What is Capital Gain?

    The opposite of the capital loss is TemanDX! The capital gain is the advantage of the difference between the lower purchase price compared to the selling price. Capital gain itself exists because of the activity of trading stocks in the secondary market.
