Jakarta, February 4, 2026 – PT Bahana Sekuritas carried out a Company Visit activity to PT Indonesia Vehicle Terminal Tbk (IPCC). This activity is part of Bahana Sekuritas's commitment to strengthen capital market literacy and provide investors with a deeper understanding of the performance and prospects of issuers.
The Company Visit to IPCC is a collaboration initiative between Bahana Sekuritas and the RealFunders community, which is a community of investors and stock traders. Through this activity, the participants had the opportunity to understand directly the business model, operational process, development strategy, and long-term prospects of PT Indonesia Vehicle Terminal Tbk. This activity is expected to improve the quality of investment decision making based on a deep fundamental understanding.
The meeting took place in an open dialogue atmosphere, becoming a forum for the exchange of perspectives between company management and capital market players. This activity was attended by the President Director of IPCC – Sugeng Mulyadi, Director of Operations of PT Bahana Sekuritas – Suryadi Adipranata, Head of Investment Specialist PT Bahana Sekuritas – Christy Maryani, Head of Retail Marketing and Product Development Henan Asset Management – Harticha Pahlawati, and more than 40 members of the RealFunders community. The participants were enthusiastic to understand how the IPCC creates sustainable value through modern, efficient, and responsible management of vehicle terminals.
In the presentation session, representatives from Henan Asset Management emphasized the importance of a measurable and sustainable investment approach. “In investing, we always emphasize a measurable and sustainable approach: adhering to the long-term principles, be adaptive to market dynamics through re-profiling The right one, puts forward fundamental analysis as the basis for decision making, and reads the momentum wisely—following opportunities that are opened by the market, not trying to fight it,” said Harita.
Meanwhile, Suryadi Adipranata in his speech said that the right investment strategy must be based on a long-term vision that prioritizes quality and stability. “The portfolio needs to stay flexible to seize opportunities when conditions improve, with a focus on strong fundamental issuers, healthy balance sheets and good corporate governance. Discipline of valuation and risk management is key in the midst of uncertainty, while continuing to monitor macro and market indicators to rotate strategies in a timely manner, ”explained Suryadi. He added that the IPCC is an interesting issuer to visit, considering that the IPCC stock price had experienced significant pressure, but thanks to solid management and strong fundamentals, its performance was able to recover to almost touch the IPO price by 2025.
Closing the series of activities, IPCC President Director Sugeng Mulyadi expressed his optimism in facing 2026. “After 2025 which is quite challenging, by carrying the concept of Integrated Auto Solutions, We will continue to strive to meet the expectations of shareholders, stakeholders, and the community to make the IPCC better in 2026,” said Sugeng. In addition to operating vehicle terminals in Jakarta, IPCC currently also manages satellite vehicle terminals in Belawan, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, and Makassar which are integrated through the PTOS-C system, with consistent service standards throughout the operational network.
