Jakarta, 2026 — PT Bahana Sekuritas again won two awards from Alpha Southeast Asia in the event Alpha Southeast Asia Awards 2025. This award is recognized for the strategic role and significant contribution of Bahana Sekuritas in the development of sustainable financial instruments oriented to the principles of environmental, social, and governance (ESG).
In the first category, PT Bahana Sekuritas was awarded the Best SDG & Best Social Bond in Asia 2025 for its success as a Joint Lead Underwriter in the issuance transaction of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk's IDR 5 Trillion (US$300 million) 1st Shelf Registration Social Bond. This transaction is one of the largest social bond issuances in the Asian region, which aims to support sustainable financing, especially in sectors that have a positive social impact, including empowering MSMEs, inclusive financing, and strengthening the community's economy.
In addition, PT Bahana Sekuritas also won the Best Islamic Finance & Best Social Orange Bond in Asia 2025 award, which was given for its success as a Joint Underwriter in PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) transactions of IDR 3.77 trillion (equivalent to USD$226 million) for the publication of Orange-Linked Bond and Sukuk Social. Making milestones important in strengthening sharia and social-based financing, with the main focus on empowering underprivileged women, strengthening ultra micro, and increasing financial inclusion in Indonesia.
