Bahana Corporate Access again facilitated strategic meetings between issuers/corporations and institutional investors through site visits to PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur (PT KSI) on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. This activity is a form of Bahana Sekuritas commitment in providing deeper access for institutional investors to gain a direct understanding of the direction of business development, operational readiness, and the company's growth potential.
Through this program, Bahana Sekuritas provides an opportunity for institutional investors to make direct visits to the PT KSI development location, so that investors can assess more comprehensively about the projects that are and will be implemented, including the asset management strategy and strengthening the company's fundamentals in the future.
PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur (PT KSI) is a subsidiary of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk, which acts as a manager and developer of infrastructure as well as industrial support areas, including the development of integrated areas that are integrated with industrial and logistics activities.
In the company's presentation session, PT KSI presented a business plan and development direction which included several important aspects, ranging from strategic planning (planning), financial management, to short-term and long-term achievement targets. It aims to provide a clear picture of the steps of transformation and development of the company, as well as the potential value creation offered to investors.
On the occasion of this site visit, PT KSI directly demonstrated three main development focuses, namely:
- Industrial Area – Development of industrial estates as a center for growth in manufacturing activities and supporting industrial ecosystems, including improving facilities and regional connectivity to strengthen competitiveness.
- Water Utilities Plant – Development of Water Utilities Plant as a supporting infrastructure for industrial areas that plays an important role in ensuring the availability of water supply. This facility is designed to distribute and distribute water to tenants operating in industrial areas, so as to support the smooth operation and production needs of tenants in a sustainable manner.
- International Port Land – the development of international port lands aimed at supporting logistics and distribution activities, in line with the connectivity needs of industry supply chains and opportunities for growth in the maritime sector.
This activity is also a forum for direct discussion between PT KSI management and institutional investors, including a question and answer session about business prospects, project readiness, and company strategies in creating added value through regional development and infrastructure.
